Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what travelers and executives usually ask before booking a domestic or cross-border private transfer in Austria.

Frequently Asked Questions Support Graphic
Do you offer cross-border transfers from Austria?
Yes. Our licensed chauffeur partners handle international pickups and drop-offs to Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, and Switzerland/Liechtenstein — you stay in the same vehicle the whole way, no switching at the border.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for cross-border trips or larger vehicles. Submit your request through the booking form and we will confirm availability and pricing by email.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Submitting a booking request does not require payment — we confirm availability and pricing by email first, before any payment is discussed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport transfers, provide your flight number when booking. Drivers track flight status and adjust the pickup time automatically, so a delayed flight does not cause a missed pickup.
What vehicles are available?
Business Sedan (up to 3 passengers), Luxury Sedan (up to 3 passengers), Executive Van (up to 7 passengers), and Minibus (up to 16 passengers). You can select a vehicle type when submitting a booking request.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes, all drivers speak German and English. Additional languages may be available on request — mention this in the notes field when booking.
Is pricing fixed or metered?
Pricing is fixed and confirmed in advance by email before your trip — there is no meter and no surprise cross-border surcharge.
What if my route isn't listed on the site?
Submit a booking request with your exact pickup and destination anyway. If the route is reachable by road, we can very likely still drive it.
Can I request child seats or booster seats for my children?
Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify the age and height of your children in the notes field when booking so we can prepare the correct seats.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are completely free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee depending on the specific route and vehicle reserved.
How much does a private chauffeur in Austria cost?
Price depends on the route, distance, and vehicle type — there is no fixed rate card, since a short city transfer and a long cross-border trip are priced differently. Submit your pickup, destination, and passenger details through the booking form and we will confirm a fixed price by email before you travel.
Can I book a chauffeur from Munich Airport to Austria?
Yes. Munich Airport is one of the international airports we serve, alongside Zurich — useful if your flight connections work out better via Munich than an Austrian airport, particularly for ski trips into Tyrol and Salzburgerland.
Can I book a private driver for several days?
Yes. Multi-day and hourly hire can be arranged for business trips, roadshows, or touring itineraries with several stops — the vehicle and driver are booked for the period you need rather than a single point-to-point transfer.
